10.1 Per-Insight Purchases

Where the Website offers individual pieces of analysis for unlock at a stated price, each purchase is a one-time, final sale. Once an insight is unlocked, it is delivered immediately in digital form and is non-refundable. Purchases grant a limited, non-transferable, personal licence to view the unlocked content and do not constitute a wager, a stake, or any form of financial instrument.

10.2 Monthly Subscription

Where the Website offers a recurring monthly subscription for automatic access to all insights:

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the same date as the original signup date ("anniversary billing"), unless cancelled beforehand.
• There is no free trial period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard, with no need to contact support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — you retain full access until then, and you will not be charged again afterward.
• Payments already made are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.
• We may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice to active subscribers before the change takes effect on their next renewal.

10.3 General

All purchases and subscriptions are processed through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may be subject to applicable taxes.
